About the Institute of Oral Biology
The Institute of Oral Biology (IOB) at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) was established in February 1993, with its first cohort of graduate students admitted in May of the same year. A doctoral program was later launched in 2002, further strengthening its academic development and research capacity.
The Institute brings together a strong and diverse faculty team, including professors from the NYCU College of Dentistry as well as adjunct scholars from leading research institutions. Through this interdisciplinary collaboration, the Institute provides a rich academic environment and high-quality research resources.
