Research Description:
My research focuses on the basic and translational mechanisms of oral cancer carcinogenesis, with an emphasis on exploring the roles of miRNAs and circRNAs in promoting oral carcinogenesis and the preclinical efficacy in molecular targeting.
Research Projects/Grants: National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) grants
- To elucidate the mechanisms and efficacies of cold atmospheric plasma-mediated suppression of oral carcinogenesis in cell and preclinical models (NSTC 113-2314-B-A49-016-MY3)
- Systemic functional elucidation of FAT family members in the pathogenesis of oral cancer (NSTC 111-2314-B-A49-025-MY3)
- To investigate the roles of ferroptotic suppressors in the pathogenesis and the therapies of oral carcinoma (NSTC 110-2314-B-A49A-515-MY3)
- The roles of B7-H4 ligand in modulating tumorigenesis and immune evasion in oral carcinoma (NSTC 108-2314-B-010-010-MY3)
